The Brick Direct Ship program provides you a FAST, EASY & CONVENIENT way to order product and have it shipped directly to your home. Our manufacturers will properly package and ship the product via carrier service within the estimated timeframe provided in the cart.

1. Can I purchase Direct Ship products in store?

   Currently, Direct Ship products are only available for purchase online.

2. Can I pick up Direct Ship products in store?

   Currently, Direct Ship products are not available for in store pickup.

3. Can I track the progress of my Direct Ship product?

   In cart we will provide an estimated arrival time for your product. Once shipment has been arranged, you will receive an email containing a tracking number (usually within 24 hours). This tracking number can be used to track your shipment.

4. I only placed 1 order but received multiple tracking emails, why?

   Each Direct Ship product is assigned a dedicated tracking number. An email will be sent for each tracking number generated.

5. Will they bring my Direct Ship product(s) inside?

   Unfortunately at this time we only offer delivery of Direct Ship product to your door.

6. Can I return my Direct Ship product?

   The Brick Satisfaction Guarantee applies (excludes Special Order). Restocking fees may apply.

7. How are shipping costs calculated?

   Shipping costs vary. Shipping is calculated based on the origin and shipping locations of the product, and the weight and size of the Direct Ship products.

8. Why do I see both a Shipping and Delivery Charge in my cart?

   Shipping charges are applied to Direct Ship products, which are shipped directly from the manufacturer via a carrier, to your home. Delivery charges, if applicable, are applied to products, which are delivered by our Brick truck and drivers.
