| Upholstery | Chenille Similar to velvet, chenille fabric is beautiful and soft, adding a rich look to your decor. The colour of chenille will change from one angle to another as the woven fibres catch light differently. Chenille fabric is durable and easy to maintain. |
| Padding | High-Density Foam High-density foam in the cushions provides you with comfortable seating. This firmly packed foam will conform slightly to the body over time, so your seat remains soft and supportive. |
| Cushion Support | Elastic Webbing, Sinuous Springs Durable elastic webbing gives you an extra layer of reinforcement without being too hard on your body. Metal sinuous springs provide a solid foundation for your furniture. These sturdy supports increase the longevity and comfort of your cushions. |
| Primary Construction & Frame Material | Steel, Plywood, Solid Woods Steel is an inherently strong yet flexible material used to construct machinery, buildings and furniture frames. Plywood provides extra strength to furniture structures, and is used in everything from musical instruments to home construction. By layering each piece to cross the grain of the previous one, plywood is resistant to cracking, shrinking and warping. High-performance, furniture-grade woods provide exceptional durability, stability and strength. This robust combination of materials ensures the longevity you require from your furniture. |
| Construction Method | Dowel Joint, Corner-Blocking A dowel joint uses a thin cylinder of wood to reinforce pieces of wood joined together. It ensures a neat, hidden finish and an incredibly strong joint, without the use of nails or glues. An extra block of wood is added to each corner of the furniture’s frame for additional support. Known as corner-blocking, this technique helps to brace your furniture for enduring stability. |
