1. HOW TO ENTER

This Contest shall be conducted by The Brick Warehouse LP, (across Canada) (“The Brick”) (a participant is referred to as “You” and “Your”)

No purchase is necessary in order to participate in this Contest.

How to enter:

• To enter, You must follow “@brickwarehouse” and “@allthingskortneywilson” on Instagram, “like” the post, and leave a comment tagging a friend whom You would love to join You on a trip to Kort & Co’s^TM Vacation Rental in Nashville, Tennessee. (“Eligible Entry”).

• You may enter multiple times by tagging different friends in separate comments at any time during the Contest Period.

• NOTE:  An Eligible Entry must be made by You using Your Instagram account.  Entries made by any other individual or entity will be declared invalid. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate the Contest will result in You being disqualified.

• Contest commences at 9:00 a.m. (MST) on March 28, 2024, and closes at 11:59 p.m. (MST) on April 10, 2024.

• Draw Date: April 11, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. (MST).

2. ELIGIBILITY

• The Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the Province/Territory in which they reside, on or before Draw Date except employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates of The Brick and Leon's Furniture Ltd, and all people employed as contractors or sub-contractors of The Brick, and their immediate family members living in the same household.

• You agree to abide by the Rules as set out herein, subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws. It is a condition of eligibility that the winner authorizes The Brick to announce and publish his/her name, address, and photograph, without remuneration or consideration, in any forthcoming publicity.

3. PRIZE ODDS

The chances of winning the Prize will depend on the number of Eligible Entries received in accordance with these Official Rules; odds decrease as the number of Entries increase.

4. PRIZE – ONE WINNER

There is (1) Prize Package to be won. Estimated value of up to $12,500.00

The Brick’s Satisfaction Guarantee, Price Guarantee and Price Protection policies as published from time to time shall not be applicable to any merchandise purchased with this prize. The Brick’s liability for defective merchandise shall be limited to repairing defective or, where appropriate, to exchanging such defective goods within the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with such warranties. In no case shall The Brick refund or otherwise compensate the winner beyond repairing or exchanging defective goods.

5. PRIZE DRAW PROCEDURES

On April 11, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. MST, a representative from The Brick’s Corporate Office in Edmonton, Alberta will initiate a random, computer-generated draw to select and record two (2) Entries from all Eligible Entries to obtain one (1) eligible winner (“Eligible Winner”). The additional Entry drawn is a backup Entry in the event that the initial Eligible Winner is non-responsive after contact, fails to comply with the Contest Rules, or is unable to complete the skill testing question (“Alternate Winner”).

A representative from The Brick’s Corporate Office will use his/her reasonable efforts to contact the Eligible Winner by Instagram Direct Message after the Draw Date. If the Eligible Winner does not respond to their notification within three business days of The Brick leaving such notification (“Contact Date”), then that Eligible Winner will be disqualified, and The Brick shall proceed to contact the Alternate Winner.

6. DECLARING THE PRIZE WINNER

The Eligible Winner whose name has been selected on the Draw Date must:

1. Be over the age of majority in the province/territory in which they reside;

2. Within three (3) business days following the Contact Date, correctly answer a time-limited, arithmetical skill-testing question without the assistance of any person or mechanical/recording device(s). The skill-testing process shall be administered at a pre-arranged time and place;

3. Execute a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the Official Contest Rules and acceptance of the Grand Prize; and

4. Should the Eligible Winner fail to answer the skill-testing question correctly or is unable to attend at the time and place designated by The Brick for the administration of same, that winner shall be disqualified, and the skill-testing question shall be administered to the Alternate Winner.

7. ADDITIONAL TERMS

By participating, You agree that: a) these Official Contest Rules and The Brick’s records of the draw or any other aspect of this contest shall be final and conclusive in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless The Brick and its trustees, directors, officers, and employees from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Brick shall not be responsible for print or typographical errors in any Contest-related material. The Brick reserves the right to amend or vary the Official Contest Rules, including the imposition or addition of new rules which are deemed by The Brick in its sole discretion necessary for business efficacy.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

The Brick will use the contact information provided in contest entries for administration of this Contest and/or to ascertain your needs and market to You. We may communicate with You for any of these purposes by telephone, fax, text messaging, or other electronic means, and automatic dialing-announcing device, at the numbers You have provided us, or by internet, mail, email, and other methods. By entering this Contest, You acknowledge and agree to give permission to The Brick to collect, use and disclose Your personal information in accordance with The Brick’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). The Brick is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information you have provided herein.
