Canada Day Giveaway 2026

1. HOW TO ENTER

This Canada-wide Contest is conducted by The Brick Warehouse LP, (“The Brick”). A participant is referred to as “You” and “Your”.

No purchase is necessary in order to participate in this Contest.

To enter, You must follow “@brickwarehouse” on Instagram, “like” the post, and “Tag a friend you'd love to enjoy summer with! (each comment = 1 entry)” (“Eligible Entry”).

You may enter multiple times by tagging different people in separate comments at any time during the Contest Period.

NOTE: An Eligible Entry must be made by You using Your Instagram account.  Entries made by any other individual or entity will be declared invalid. Entries must be made by a valid Instagram account i.e. an account that has a name, profile picture and a minimum of 10 followers. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate the Contest will result in You being disqualified.

Contest commences at 9:00 a.m. (MST) on July 1, 2026, and closes at 11:59 p.m. (MST) on July 7, 2026.

Draw Date: July 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (MST) (“Draw Date”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the Province/Territory in which they reside, on or before the Draw Date except employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates of The Brick and Leon's Furniture Ltd, and all people employed as contractors or sub-contractors of The Brick, and their immediate family members living in the same household.

You agree to abide by the Rules as set out herein, subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws. It is a condition of eligibility that the winner authorizes The Brick to announce and publish his/her name, address, and photograph, without remuneration or consideration, in any forthcoming publicity.

3. PRIZE ODDS

The chances of winning the Prize will depend on the number of Eligible Entries received in accordance with these Rules; odds decrease as the number of Entries increases.

4. PRIZE

Three (3) winners will be selected, with each winner receiving one (1) of the following prizes*:

• One (1) Montego Patio Set (MONT6SET) with an approximate retail value of CAD $1,999;
• One (1) Napoleon BBQ with Infrared Side Burner (FP365DSI) with an approximate retail value of CAD $699; and
• One (1) LG Splash Resistant Party Speaker (STAGE301) with an approximate retail value of CAD $499.99.

Total value of all prizes is: $3,197.99

*Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not convertible to cash.

Once the Winners have been confirmed, The Brick will arrange delivery of the prize to the Winner’s home if the Winner lives within 100 km of a Brick store. If the Winner lives outside the specified delivery area, The Brick will ship the prize to the Distribution Centre or store closest to the Winner.

5. PRIZE DRAW PROCEDURES

On July 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. MST, a representative from The Brick’s Corporate Office in Edmonton, Alberta will conduct three (3) separate random, computer-generated draws from all Eligible Entries. The first draw will be for the LG Splash Resistant Party Speaker (STAGE301), the second draw will be for the Napoleon BBQ with Infrared Side Burner (FP365DSI), and the third draw will be for the Montego Patio Set (MONT6SET).

For each draw, two (2) Entries will be selected and recorded: one (1) Entry will identify the potential winner (“Eligible Winner”), and one (1) additional Entry will serve as the backup Entry (“Alternate Winner”) for that prize in the event the Eligible Winner is non-responsive, fails to comply with the Rules, or is unable to correctly answer the skill-testing question.

A selected winner is only eligible to win one (1) prize. If an individual is selected more than once, an additional draw will be conducted to select a winner for the prize being drawn.

A representative from The Brick’s Corporate Office will make reasonable efforts to contact each Eligible Winner by Instagram Direct Message after the Draw Date. If an Eligible Winner does not respond within three (3) business days of The Brick sending the notification (“Contact Date”), that Eligible Winner will be disqualified, and The Brick will proceed to contact the corresponding Alternate Winner for that prize.

6. DECLARING THE PRIZE WINNER

Each Eligible Winner whose name has been selected on the Draw Date must:

1. Be over the age of majority in the province/territory in which they reside;
2. Within three (3) business days following the Contact Date, correctly answer a time-limited, arithmetical skill-testing question without the assistance of any person or mechanical/recording device(s). The skill-testing process shall be administered at a pre-arranged time and place;
3. Execute a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the Rules and acceptance of the prize; and
4. Should the Eligible Winner fail to answer the skill-testing question correctly or is unable to attend at the time and place designated by The Brick for the administration of same, that Eligible Winner shall be disqualified, and the corresponding Alternate Winner for that prize will be contacted and required to satisfy the same eligibility and prize claim requirements.

7. ADDITIONAL TERMS

By participating, You agree that: a) these Rules and The Brick’s records of the draw or any other aspect of this contest shall be final and conclusive in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless The Brick and its trustees, directors, officers, and employees from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Brick shall not be responsible for print or typographical errors in any Contest-related materials; for transactions that are posted late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. The Brick assumes no responsibility for any computer, online, software, servers, providers, computer equipment, hardware or technical malfunctions that may affect the transmission or non-transmission of an Entry.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

By entering the Contest, You agree to The Brick’s use of Your personal information for the purpose of administering this Contest and in accordance with The Brick’s Privacy Policy.

The Brick will use the contact information provided in contest entries for administration of this Contest. By entering this contest, You acknowledge and agree to give permission to The Brick to collect, use and disclose Your personal information in accordance with The Brick’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). The Brick is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information You have provided herein. From time to time, The Brick may use Your personal information to ascertain Your needs and market to You through commercial electronic messages, including Automatic Dialing Announcing Device telemarketing. 10. OTHER

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

The Brick reserves the right to amend or vary the Rules, including the imposition or addition of new rules which are deemed by The Brick in its sole discretion necessary for business efficacy.
